VARCITIES Pilot Characterisation: Research Findings of the Environmental Conditions and Health-related Risks in Gżira.

The University of Malta published in October 2024 a paper in the journal Xjenza Online. It shows the preliminary research that was carried out to develop VARCITIES’ Visionary Solutions in Gżira, the social and environmental conditions of the town, and the impact on people’s health and wellbeing. Additionally, the paper outlines the results collected from VARCITIES stakeholders during workshops, such as the PESTLE and SWOT Analyses, and also from questionnaires conducted with citizens during pop-up events.
