Fourth Co-Evaluation Workshop in Dundalk
March 2025
On March 18th and 19th, 2025, our Dundalk Pilot hosted its fourth and final co-evaluation workshop, bringing together a diverse and engaged group of stakeholders.
The event was well attended with attendees from government and health agencies, the education sector, the business community, voluntary and community organisations, and local political representatives. Their collective expertise and insights played a vital role in assessing the progress and impact of our activities in Dundalk. Louth County Council was delighted to once again welcome VARCITIES’ partners Prospex and IES, back to Dundalk. Prospex facilitated the workshop with expert moderation, fostering meaningful discussions and knowledge exchange. IES provided a comprehensive final demonstration of VARCITIES Health and Well-Being Platform, offering attendees a detailed look at its functionality and potential benefits.
The second day of the event was dedicated to one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, allowing for in-depth conversations and qualitative feedback. Participants shared valuable reflections on the project’s evolution, from the initial co-design phase through to co-creation and co-implementation. Their insights will be instrumental in shaping future initiatives and ensuring the long-term success of the project.
Louth County County is happy to report that the overall response was overwhelmingly positive! The pilot team extend their sincere gratitude to all who attended to event and contributed their time, expertise, and perspectives. Their involvement has been invaluable in shaping the new courtyard at Dundalk’s VARCITIES Pilot site, The Still!
We look forward to seeing the lasting impact of our initiative!
