D6.5: Finalised VS for all pilots
Work Package 6, led by E2ARC, aims to define a roadmap for the successful implementation of VARCITIES green and digital solutions, optimising the implementation and delivery process, and providing guidelines to ensure the sustainability of the applied solutions.
Specifically, Task 6.3 aimed to develop individual implementation and execution plans supporting the overall work plan and project management (including assignment of roles and responsibilities, budget tracking, procurement processes, execution and handover) of the Planned Visionary Solutions in VARCITIES’ seven pilots: Skelleftea (SV), Dundalk (IE), Castelfranco (IT), Novo mesto (SI), Gzira (MT), Chania (GR), Leuven (BE). A key component was developing and coordinating a comprehensive implementation plan across all pilots, including stakeholder-informed solution refinement, procurement management, task allocation, scheduling, and cost control measures in live with D6.3, to ensure efficient and locally adapted execution of the Visionary Solutions.

Executive Summary
Deliverable 6.5 is a demonstrator. The report is designed to visually showcase the results of the VARCITIES project across its seven pilot cities: it compiles and presents the most representative visualisations of the implemented Visionary Solutions (VS), offering a clear and accessible overview of the physical, digital, and nature-based interventions carried out at each site.
