New deliverable approved for VARCITIES Visionary Solutions

We are pleased to report the approval by the European Commission, and publication on our website, of one new deliverables related to work perform by WP6 for the successful implementation of our green and digital Visionary Solutions, optimising the implementation and delivery process, and providing guidelines to ensure the sustainability of the applied solutions.
D6.2: Implementation and Execution plan for all pilots
Led by E2ARC, this deliverable aimed to develop individual implementation and execution plans supporting the overall work plan and project management (including assignment of roles and responsibilities, budget tracking, procurement processes, execution and handover) of the Planned Visionary Solutions in VARCITIES’ seven pilots: Skelleftea (SV), Dundalk (IE), Castelfranco (IT), Novo mesto (SI), Gzira (MT), Chania (GR), Leuven (BE).
These plans are crucial to ensure the smooth implementation of 28 Visionary Solutions across seven pilots!
With the approval of this Deliverable, VARCITIES’ delivery is on the right track! We are making significant strides towards achieving our goals of transforming our pilot cities into healthier and more sustainable environments.
