Skellefteå’s Pilot site may have been mostly covered in snow in the past six months, but preparation sped up for Pilot activites to begin as soon as weather permits. Pilot partner Exploratoriet Science Center recently set their time table for the activities connected to VARCITIES on the site!

Available activites are designed for children of different ages, and adapted to the different target groups. For instance, teenagers aged 14-16 will be given a special focus on the sensors deployed in the pilot area, as well as on international collaboration.  Exploratoriet will also perform activities with teachers to ensure long-term effects.
